There is always a fresh start. You have the power to hit the reset button any time in life, any time throughout the day. You have the choice to embrace a new perspective. 

Every day when you wake up, Take a deep breath and smile. you have a new chance to prove yourself.  You are given a new chance to follow your dreams. You are given a new day to invest into yourself. Just imagine the compounding effects of yield in your future. 

Rather than blaming yourself, blaming others, blaming the universe, be aware that tomorrow there is another new day and a new opportunity. What can be more exciting than this? 

Every day is a chance to begin again. Don’t focus on the failures of yesterday, don’t focus on the struggles of your circumstances, start today with positive thoughts and expectations.

Remember when you were young, as a child you’d run and jump and reach to the sky, chasing and popping bubbles. So carefree, free of reservations and constraints, they are enjoying the present moment, delighting in their excitement, in the gift of bubbly, soapy play.

This happiness is contagious, it can spread like pollen in the breeze. This is what playful looks like. This is what joyful looks like. We were free back then and so we can be now.

It doesn’t matter what your present circumstances look like, today is a brand-new day. The best time to do something was always yesterday, and the next best time is today. Today is the day! Today is the day that you get to make that decision! Today is the day you decide to rise. Today is the day you intentionally leave what’s not serving you behind. 

Life is miraculous because everyday is a new beginning. So if you are alive and with me right now, let’s do something remarkable! Go after your dreams! Live your life the way you want to live! You can and you will!

You are remarkable and always remember that!
